Carpet Cleaning
The Springs carpet cleaning includes; the highest quality pre-spray with a refreshing scent of oranges to "aromatically beautify" your home or office, and an attention to detail cleaning with an acid based rinse that eliminates the "crunchy" carpets and soap residue that other cleaners leave behind! We also add Milgo® to the cleaning process to eliminate the potential for that mildew or "wet dog" smell.

We service both ceramic & VCT tile for home or business. Our tile cleaning includes a high-pressure pre-rinse, high-pressure wash and extraction. For VCT tile, we also complete the service with acrylic coating for added shine and durability.

Our upholstery cleaning includes the highest quality pre-spray with a refreshing orange scent and an "attention to detail" cleaning including both sides of the cushions & pillows, back, sides and in between all of the hard-to-reach areas.

Our area rug cleaning includes pick-up and delivery service to/from your home or office with a 72 hour service window. Because area rugs can be comprised of a variety of fiber types, our professional service specialists will assess the best way to clean your rug and complete the service in a timely manner.

Prices may vary based on the type of rug you own, whether it has tassles or not and the specific cleaning steps that we may need to take in order to meet your expectations - however, the following prices can be used as a guide for most rugs.

When pipes break and the water flows, we're always ready! With our 24-hour emergency service we can help you with mild-to-moderate water extraction for clean and "grey" water floods. Simply call us and select "Option 4" from the dial-in menu.
